1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the winnerz platform at winnerz.vip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These terms apply to all users of the winnerz platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access the site.

Your continued use of winnerz following any modification to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform immediately and close your account.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on winnerz, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for participation in online gaming activities in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of winnerz or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from winnerz or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform, unless that exclusion period has formally expired.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

winnerz reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the winnerz platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. winnerz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You must notify winnerz immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. winnerz may, at its sole discretion, suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on winnerz are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. winnerz does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may apply their own transaction fees, for which winnerz accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. winnerz does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

winnerz reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, winnerz will notify the affected player and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond.

5Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by winnerz are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• winnerz reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a player.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular play patterns, arbitrage, or collusion will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

winnerz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of claiming.

6Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the winnerz platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems, as applicable. Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panels.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, winnerz reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. winnerz will not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

The rules applicable to each individual game are set out within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between in-game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winnerz platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of winnerz.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your winnerz account.

winnerz reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to void all associated winnings and forfeit any remaining balance where permitted by applicable law.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the winnerz platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the property of winnerz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the winnerz platform without prior written consent from winnerz.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winnerz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

winnerz's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10Privacy & Data

winnerz collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

winnerz is committed to protecting your personal information and will not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as required by law, as necessary to operate the platform (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers), or as described in the Privacy Policy. 11Responsible Gaming

winnerz is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools.

Self-exclusion requests may be submitted through the winnerz support team. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, winnerz will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion is not reversible during the elected period.

12Termination

winnerz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to winnerz.
• The player has requested account closure.

Upon termination for cause, winnerz may forfeit any bonus balances and associated winnings. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to winnerz.

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the winnerz support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any regulatory dispute resolution mechanisms available through PAGCOR.

Players who have unresolved complaints are encouraged to first contact the winnerz support team. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.

14Amendments

winnerz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, where practicable. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the terms) may take effect immediately.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the winnerz platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
